I just submitted a review on Ravencrest Manor by OvidLemma and the number next to reviews still shows 0. My review is there, but I worry that nobody will know the piece has any reviews since you don't see them without opening the link.

I think reviews are being manually approved after being checked for anything against the ToS. That is why your review doesn't show up yet for others (you can see it right now because you submitted it). After it's approved, it'll appear for everyone else as well.
