Have the reading lists have a marker (number) to indicate there is an updated title in the list.
This is just a QOL to be able to check if any lists have updated title on their list without having to open each one to check if it's updated.
Kind of like how you already show when there's a new chapter since the last chapter you have bookmarked. Basically, just count the number of titles that have a newer chapter than the last bookmarked and put that as a mark on the reading list header with the # counted. Maybe have a flag that turns the feature on and off for lists that don't need it (like my example, I wouldn't need it for "Interested" or "In Progress"
