I call these "pet peeves" but they make me livid:
- Synopsis with "Will he be good? Or will he be bad?" I DON'T KNOW YOU TELL ME
- Synopsis with "Watch how he..." WOW NEVER SEEN THAT A TRILLION TIMES BEFORE
- Synopsis with literally just the gimmick. "Naruto goes to the real world dude"
- No tags I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS IT ABOUT PLEASE

I dislike it when authors take down large chunks of the story after they post on Amazon or something, especially if it's after the first few chapters or so.
ex ch5- ch179
I always abandon those stories, sometimes even if I was one of the few people following the story from the start

That's more of a preference than pet peeve but I kind of agree. Even more when the premise is good but out of nowhere the damn blue window appears.

I think stuff like that is okay in synopsis. The goal is to catch someone's attention.
My problem is when the synopsis is asking question I'm already asking.
I don't want to shame any author so here's my example:

"Anthony wakes up in a fantasy world of swords and magic alone but with a powerful system. Will he use it for good? Will he be a villain and do what he wants? Watch how Anthony changes the world and learns that the real system is the friends we made along the way"

That's every story. I'm sure the story of this guy is more original than that, but how can you write a full story but can't describe it???

Yeah, that's why my first answer is blob. I have no idea what a pet peeve is.

Though putting no tags is just lazy. If people want their story to get read they should add tags.
Or maybe they don't know that there's tags and content warnings?
A lot of other websites have shitty tagging system and Scribble Hub is the best of them IMO.

When a female character appears and the first description of their appearance you get is B O O B S I Z E.

Then again I have an eye and clothing fetish, so who am I to talk?
What is an eye fetish

Italicizing words. Full stop. Unless it is a boat or plane or whatever name, I don't think you should italicize your words. It annoys me when authors do.
