Question: "What is Woke culture?"

So, I accidentally fell into the rabbit hole which is Woke culture. So I did a bunch of research for about 7-8 hours, and I think I got a general idea of the concept, but I still don't understand what is going on with the whole thing. What does this even mean? What's the point of all this stuff?

It's pretty much two teams of idiots hating each other because they want to, hidden behind a thinly-wrapped layer of "righteous fury" of either "Menz bad, Wo-men gud" or "Wo-men bad, Menz gud". It's also almost exclusively murrican from what I've noticed, where Republican'ts are called "incels" and Democraps "woke" or something.

Both once started as extremist views on how or why something is good or bad or not, turned into a lot of "celebrities" either agreeing or disagreeing for clicks and lulz, and now is the modern Coke vs Pepsi debate, but both tastes suck and addicts of either side want nothing more than to kill everyone not 100% agreeing with them

Woke culture is the new evolution of Marxism, in the past it was only about kings oppressing the peasants or the rich oppressing the poor.
Now it's about: First world countries oppressing third world countries, white people oppressing black people(or any other ethnicity), colonials oppressing indigenous people, men oppressing women, straight people oppressing LGBT people, skinny people oppressing fat people, or even Hot people oppressing unattractive people.
Is a endless cycle of looking for any instance where there is an oppressor and an oppressed and turning it into a social problem.

"Woke" refers to beliefs and opinions typically held by liberals and left-wingers, but they typically get called "woke" when those beliefs are being crowbarred into things in blatant and annoying ways that make it feel as if the authors, developers, actors, whatever are preaching to you. Such as Dragon Age: The Veilguard having entire sections of the game devoted to endorsing certain real world political views when the vast majority of the series' established audience didn't want lectures about gender politics in their high fantasy adventure video game.

The origin of woke is like "being awake to society's beliefs." As with everything it becomes something entirely different. Originally people were saying they were woke because they found an idea that was different from the typical view. It's like "I woke up." You know how comedians and stuff used to say "wake up people" while saying the most absurd stuff.

It was kinda like that. Now the meaning of woke is completely different. Woke has become an ideology that promotes things like diversity equity and inclusion. These policies make it so that more women or people of other ethnicity are able to have a greater opportunity. Other programs include colleges that practice affirmative action. You know what? "Woke" has nothing to do with conservatives or liberals, it's just liberals are just more susceptible to joining woke culture while conservatives are more likely to become extremely against it.

Woke is essentially the drowning out of opposing ideas by trying to replace it with their ideas, and then cultivating those who have certain similar beliefs to become zealots in enforcing those ideas. Generally speaking, reasonable liberals support 'woke' because they don't know what it entails, and some conservatives hate woke without knowing what it is.

In general, the best way too fight 'woke' is to ignore it and don't spend money on it.

'Woke' is a mindset similar to how the nazi's sent brown shirts to people who spoke in Germany against their party to try and intimidate and shut them out. That is what woke is.
Woke is the belief that someone mustn't speak because they can label it something 'subjective' like hate speech.

It's beyond conservative vs liberal, it's just that a lot of what the 'woke' pushes happens to align a little more with liberals and they've tried to co-opt that end of the political spectrum.
