I don't care about spoilers.

So I started reading it today, but from the way, it's going I have the feeling that this is the kind of harem where the MC get everyone with ease like she touches someone and they go "yamete kudasai" get wet, and will already accept anything the MC wants to do, and later the girl will just join the harem as if it was the most normal thing in the world without build-up, if she met a woman in a relationship it will be easy for a said woman to ignore her husband and get with her, so what I want to know is if this is one of those shitty harem novels where the MC is a pokemon master and everything he wants to do will happen easily and by the end of the story she/he has basically every woman that she/he wanted with no problem or repercussion and if she/he wants to go outside the harem just for a little quickie the girl will just accept as the most normal thing in the world because if yes I don't want to waste my time.

PS: This is worse because it's a yuri story(or if it was yaoi), other than the problems I said, it also has the fact that every girl will magically turn lesbian as if it was just a flip of a switch, one girl/boy is acceptable, but when every single individual in the story turn bi or gay, na.

Not a fan of the series, but your second PS is very lassive agressive, and basically inviting people to leave angry comments.

Honestly haven’t read it, but most stories on SH are that way.

It’s what gets popular here.

Ye, I know, I was just a little annoyed as I hate having to deal with them, and I had some altercations with one yesterday night, I am probably going to edit it out, thanks for the reminder.

Honest opinion: By what you posted here just stop reading it. It is evident that it is not for you. Just... stop. You are already looking at it with a bias and it shows in what you have written here. There are many books here to choose from. If it already rubs you the wrong way, you won't have any fun later on either because you are subconsciously already expecting it to be bad.

If it is not what you like, just pick up another book from the thousands available here, until you find one that pleases you. Or ask for recommendations with types of books you are interested in.

I am not being biased about the story(just the harem part), I agree with DiscoDream's comment about my second PS, which is why I took it down, I am just tired of never finding a good harem novel or FF because regardless of what you say they are in the great majority like I wrote in my post, just like anime live-action adaptations hard to find a good one(again just the harem part), I just want to know because it's been a really long time since I have last read a good harem FF, and this one gave me hope, but I don't want to spend hours to discover if this one is good in that department, after all the story may be good(which seems to be the case)and fun to read, but I don't want to deal with the shitty harem.

I'm a harem writer, but don't mind me. I'm just here for the incoming drama. :blob_cookie: :blob_popcorn:

P.S.: I understand your frustrations. Feel free to lash out.

Totally get that, not a problem. Everyone runs into this problem sooner or later.

I'm just saying it may be a much easier solution if you open a topic in the recommendation part of the forum. If you are looking for good FF love stories others may be able to suggest you some. My personal experience is if I have a bad impression of a book at first read, it is better to drop it. Any 'problems' later on get way bigger than they really are if I read a novel that had a bad first impression on me. Even if it gets better I tend to remain salty because of a bad start.

So it is best to simply drop it and not get frustrated and find something that fits my taste. And that is my advice for others too. :blob_cookie:

Loved your comment. I generally just get annoyed in the beginning, which is what tends to make me post a thread, in this case, I was expecting something different, but it seems to be just the average harem(I may be wrong, which is why I am asking, so I don't waste my time), which by the way I don't like them because they are too unrealistic, with how easy the first accept anything and everything about the harem and the MC, as that is one of the things that makes me lose interest in stories really easily unrealistic behavior or things that happen in the world(magic, theories, or anything that happens), that are outside of the logic of said world or individual personality.

Well, as I said, I'm a harem writer, so I know the good and bad parts of writing in this genre. I won't give excuses, but I'll admit, writing a story with a huge cast is not easy, much more making it 'realistic' (at least on the relationship side). Many authors choose the shortcut by either quantifying the 'relationship points', writing FMCs based on the four JPN personality types (deredere, kuudere, yandere and tsundere), or just plain making the shallowest action of the MC a reason to fall for him (like calling the FMC 'cute'. Heck, I tried doing that to some other lady irl; she thought of me as a creep). I'll be honest; I tried taking the hard route, and my story became a 'slow-burn' (or boring).

I still try to be 'realistic' with my characters (using real life interactions with people and between people as my reference), but yes, there are characters I tend to forget and 'leave out'. So, for the next books, I'm fixing them (at least let me answer for my mistakes).

Still, I share the same frustration when I read 'bad' harem stories. After all, I invested my time and emotions reading stuff, only to be dealt with unrealistic behavior. Makes you want to go into the story and slam cymbals on the MMC's head.

I am actually not looking for anything, in particular, I started reading this without paying much attention while looking for something new to read, it got my interest but I notice that the harem had a high probability of being one of the shitty kinds because of how things are going, but as the story seems to be to my liking, I wanted to know more or less how was the harem to see if it was not that exaggerated and badly written ones like the one from My Wife are a Beautiful CEO for instance(This one is bad mostly because of the shitty MC but the harem is not well constructed anyway), so in the end, if the harem is not the only focus has extremely bad interaction(generally because of the number of girls, leaving them with little "screen time") I can skip most of it a read the story only and the few good interactions.

PS: If this is just purely a harem story with 0 to little plot them you are right and it's not worth it.

I read and finished it. It was fun at times and bland at times, had momentum at the start but I don't think it held on till the end. My personal main issue with the story was the relationship with Anko. I don't remember all of it cause it's been a while now. But at the time when I did the math on their age the red flag was flying high on pedo-alert.
I think this happens every now and then in a bunch of different stories because the author forgets the age of their character. The character is written as a 12- 14 year old or whatever and they start to flirt and sometimes be active with others their age. Then a more mature (adult) character gets involved and is with a child... Its the Loli thing all over again. If the character is a child then it's a child. Doesn't matter that they were reincarnated, the other characters usually don't even know. Just get frisky with a child.

TLDR: It was alright, progressed to meh and had a problematic relationship.

The harem if I remember correctly was just all centered on the MC collecting some of the stereotypes like collector cards. Anko as the "slut? Tease", Hinata as the "shy main" Karin as the complete sub and some more that i cant be bothered to remember...

Well, the first thing I will say: if you don't like yuri you should stop reading it

The story honestly never really takes itself seriously, it was a fun read for me to be honest, and about the harem part, well not every girl goes for Yuna or Naruto.

If you are looking for something serious to read though, you are looking at the wrong place.

Ryuji, I understand you might have inhibitions about certain genres or just a bad experience from some cliche novel but I will be honest here that you need to re-read your own words.

This novel is surely not for every person on the website but this IS one of the most refreshing fanfiction of Naruto.

You have to understand that the MC Maerry(Author) wanted to create was an immortal cultivator who came to Naruto World and absolutely lived her new life headstrong with nothing stopping her. This story just gives you a very different version from usual fanfics on any website.

I would even suggest other Naruto fics like
Otherworld chimera(A female OC with brains and brawls)
Rewind: reversing history(This is also a Naruto twin sister MC)

What I want to say is just try to look at it from a different perspective and not misinform anyone who just came to know about this fic.

It also has a second volume in Bleach-verse.

Try Rewind: reversing history. It's a damn good story with the first chapter even giving me goosebumps. Genuinely deeply written if somewhat appalling storyline with a future sequel on the way.

My problem was not with yuri but with how the harem was formed.

Thanks, I do agree that the way I have written was offputting, I was mostly annoyed at the time because of the sheer amount of novels/FF I have read in recent times that had started really well and got me excited but had gone downhill because of the way the harem was formed and how it affected the story, to the point that it's been around 4-5 months since I have last tried to actively look for a harem novel/FF, so my OP and some of the ones that came after were despite my genuine curiosity to simply know if the harem was going to be constructed in a way that I basically hated, came of more like a rant that may have affected the view of some people toward the story that sadly came up to me at a not good time, and I do agree that the story seems to be really refreshing as you put it by the amount I have read, to the point that I will probably continue reading it at some point,
PS: Thanks for the recommendations and the message itself, it's good to read people that see something wrong in your comments and don't try to make it an issue, especially because the other person(which would be me in this case) may very well be looking to start a "fight".

I know others have said this but if harem tends to not be enjoyable maybe just find a Naruto fan fiction that isn't harem? As for me I tend to avoid anything harem because it irks me when a character's wants and dreams tend to just melt away and only infatuation remains.

Hence, the only Harem story I have ever came away with a positive impression is Apothecary Diaries.

My biggest problem with harems is that I have already read the ones that I would consider were good or acceptable, and then I started to only find the ones where the woman that joined the harem were basically dolls without personality, that would join without any prior interaction in a couple of days or even hours, and they already loved him and would throw away anything and accept anything for the dude that they meet so little time ago, this post was mostly a culmination of seeing this too much and some other issue that made me post this, and I agree I came out as harsh in the some of the first posts(mostly toward the FF I was asking about).
PS: I generally could accept or find a reason in my head if it was one woman, but then it happens basically the same way regardless of how many of them join or if you read another harem stories, which as one of the commenters here said a "generic harem".
