I’ve seen people have titles other than the typical member/new member/well-known member, and I’ve seen people with a banner behind their pfp. How do you access these features? And if there are more that I didn’t mention how do you use those and what are they?

Custom titles after ~50 counted posts
Banners after ~150 counted posts

After milestone is reached just need to wait for some time for the ability to unlock.

Well, there might also be an account lifetime threshold that also needs to be met. Like 1 month or something.
I am unsure of that part.
