Name a character in my new story!

Name: Leeroy Barnacle
Nexus: Air
Age:18

Appearance:
-Blue eyes
-Golden brown hair
-Chubby and short almost round looking.
-Rounded face with ever present smile and wide open eyes.
-Tanned skin with some scars visible on the legs and arms.

Clothing:
-Barney cools painters short slate
-White socks and black flipflops
-oversized barney cools T shirt.

Background: Leeroy was always a free spirit, and someone who wished to live freely without any consequences, but one day he noticed that his eating habit got out of hand. So to counteract it he asked his parents to teach him how to control air, and one day he managed to hold enough mastery that he could control it passively and lighten the load he had on his legs, but unfortunately for him he was too reliant on his powers which led to him waking up on the ceiling and who knows where else. This also meant that he was scared to go to sleep, and his parents had no choice but to bring him to a therapist.

Okay so basically, I need loads of names for my new story, Nexus! So, as the title suggest, I need names.

Give me a name (some themes required), and I'll tell you what, I can't think them all up myself. So this time, kind of as an homage to my readers and the people on this site, I'm asking for help :)

Information you need to know:
- The world is Earth, so names should be earth-like (you know, actual human names, or something feasibly made by human parents).
- The story revolved around an alternate universe, where people have gained the power to manipulate one element (Fire, Water, Earth, and Air).
- Each Nexus is in a different part of the world. Fire is in Alaska, Water is Florida, Earth is China, and Air is Australia. So when you offer a name, make sure it's feasible for that region, please. I still want some realism :)
- I will add up to 20 names to each Nexus, but please understand that, outside the info you provide, I may take the character in a direction you didn't expect.

So, with all that understood, please spin me a character. All I really require is a name and what Nexus they belong to, but feel free to throw in any background or character information you want.

And, it goes without saying, but thank you for helping me out here. I hope you take a few minutes out of your day to inject a character into my world!

Name: Michael 'Pheonix' Evans

Hair Color: Salt and Pepper
Age: 34
Occupation: Former Member of US Naval Airforce, Current US Postal Service Worker

History:
Michael Evans always wanted to fly, even as a child he dreamt of soaring high above everyone else, so he could watch as the city lights twinkled like fireflies down below; he always kept this dream even until he reached high school age as he decided to research more into various forms of aircraft. Anchorage, Alaska was his homeland and when the military started recruiting and he joined right after high school, he ended up in the field of the naval air force after two years of harsh training, being an ace it came as a surprise when his jet seemingly crashed on an uncharted Indonesian island in 2012; sabotage was suspected.

He was thought to be dead after his jet was recovered with the seat non-ejected, he later turned up a month and a half later piloting a transport plane to a naval base carrying a small group of Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, and Malay refugees of a human trafficking organization. Reports all confirm a stage phenomenon of events of Evans apparently manipulating fire in some way after running out of ammunition for his sidearm, investigations into this have proved mixed results, it was confirmed that the island and building the traffickers were hiding at was real and the building did burn down, no human remains were found, only ash, and concrete. Which gave rise to Evan's infamy as being 'like a Pheonix', This report has been censored by the public and by most military officials.

Evans himself had nothing to comment, he shortly was discharged honorably after serving eight years of service. He later took up the post as fly mail transport in his home state of Alaska, hardly speaking to anyone escaping himself in his work and mastering aviation and has been doing such since. He has only been seen at a local bar outside his small home in Anchorage and has been in contact with the elusive Edward Ambrose. Not much is known about their encounter only that an explosion -- it was captured by satellite imagery did occur deep in the Alaskan wilderness and Ambrose was suspected to be fleeing from the scene.

Other information: Evans had been known to be very paranoid his drinking buddies have compared him to a doomsday prepper with his cautiousness; and despite drinking often Evans is remarkably in shape for his age, keeps his hair short and in line with military standards, and has never been seen without his trusted Colt M1911, Evans seems to have no problems talking to normal people and is very polite to them, he avoids 'Nexians' at all costs. Evans when not flying for the postal service has also been known to take private passengers in his own private dual-propellor plane for sightseeing in Alaska.

I have produced a character however, because its LITERALLY a part of my heart.
Pretty valuable and complicated to be put in. I don't want to drag you down bruh.
But thank you to your post I was able to create it with a motivation in mind.

Didnt want to add too much detail, because if there was a chance you added the character then you would have a lot more freedom lore and story wise to add him.
