My story has no particular end-goal, I just wish to write/draw pure chaos. Do you mind that as a reader?

If there's no overarching plot to tie the "chaos" together, then what's the point in reading it. And more often than not, when someone on a site like this says "chaos", what they really mean is "LOL ME SO RANDOM PLATYPUS ON A POGO STICK RAWR XD" and I can't think of many things that'll turn me off a story faster than that.

If there is a story with a logical progression, it will be a little frustrating to hit that ending, but not a deal breaker. If the entire story is pure chaos, well, that suggests either the writer is "experimenting" ... or "experimenting ... with AI" and either of those can get real old real fast unless the writer is absolutely amazing.

Chaos as a plot descriptor is author code for "I can't write plot. So I will focus on character development and maybe comedy or action." I don't mind. For me, I rank characters>world building>humor>most else>plot. If you have a likeable character or two at the center of that churning maelstrom of busy world, I will gladly read a hundred chapters of the MC's fetch quest "deliver the Duelist's Left Shinguard of Smiting +5 to the neighboring village of Basaltwood."

Illogical plot scene often turns me off from reading the story, especially when it's supposed to have huge potential yet the scenes are all jumping around causing confusion. When that happens, I'll just stop reading and remove it from my reading list immediately.

I honestly don't think that readers care about how long something is going to be, or if it is never intended to end, so long as they don't really know about it. The second bit is if you keep posting the story then it doesn't really matter, because it will maybe come to a conclusion someday.
