All you need to do is move in crowded places with lots of cameras like shopping malls and Stadiums.
Now you are in a prime position to limit her where she can't take action and there's a lot of cannon fodder between you and her.
Manipulate the people there to go harass her and slow her down while you make your way towards the nearest police station.
When you get there convince the police to guard you for the day with your unparalleled charisma the second later of cannon fodder.

Honestly at this point you need to understand that the only thing you can use to stop her is smarts and a deluge of bodies, fighting back seems impossible

With the manipulation powers and charisma it should be possible to convince the right people to basically erase my existence. She might be a war veteran, but she's only human(assuming the scythes can't grow to planet cracking sizing if she wills it). She isn't some immortal snail that knows my location at all times. Someone with her profile would be extremely easy to keep track of by just watching the news every now and then.

Then I just play the waiting game until she kicks the bucket.

I didn't mean no offences. Sorry if my expectations were too much. But an oversight is all it takes for something fun to be boring. Your new scenario still did not address her willingness of doing things. She was still very much capable of killing me before, but she had never been willing to actually do it. That is why this scenario is boring.

Gods might be capable of everything (Omnipotence) but not have the will of doing it, so why be afraid of them? This is what this old lady is: she is capable of killing me, you have made her directly immune to the powers you said I have, which means I'd require ingenuity and help of others to deal with her, but you haven't realized she has no desire to actually kill me the only way you said she wishes to see me dead. The potential for doing it had never been in question, therefore your new answer does not solve the scenario.
