Too long have people down voted excellent suggestions and promoted shitty features without telling us why!

Time for more transparency in the "Feature Requests" system!

Nah, I'll give it an upvote. But the issue is that I haven't really seen any popular features recently being installed, so... yeah, I feel like my upvote is about as useful as the downvotes.
