Light mode or Dark Mode

Light mode always, but I also keep night mode on so my screen is tinted a slight orange.

Dark mode gives me worse headaches than light mode, preferably it would be tan/the color of a slightly older books’ pages. If that makes sense

I am a "it depends on the time" user. I am also a sign myself out all the time on my phone fat finger person person because of this, as one person pointed out its a "skill" issue, whereas I have none it seems. But there is a time to use light and there is a time to use dark. That time is when I can either no longer see to read in the mode I am in; or the mode I am in is to bright for when I am reading it.

Oh and I do have comfort mode on my phone all the time for eye glare issues.
