In an Isekai Story, would "Ligma" jokes land or not?

No, you mentioned languages.
Okay, that's fair. Can I ask why you see it that way?
You didn't read the second part, I said I was fine with puns and shit, you don't have to invent an entire language for a story, just mind the setting.
As for why I see it that way, well, it's kinda like seeing the -san -kun honorifics for no reason whatsoever in English web novels, makes me feel awkward while reading. "Dragondeeznuts" would be a great laugh in a comedy novel, but if I see it in a novel like RE:Zero, it would feel. somewhat strange

But RE:Zero is comedy, how else do you explain that clown-filled circus of a show?

I feel like if a teenager got sent to another world, they would make a ton of these jokes. Like imagine an Isekai mc who is talking with the main villain of the story, and in the middle of the evil monologue he hits him with "ligma" or "sawcon".
