Me: Maybe she will be another of 'me' who represents my trauma, love and hope...

Dane Coleman - guy I maybe met somewhere who got executed for vigilante justice.

Dave, Malcolm and Carol - people I met through gaming, David and Mal might even be co-workers. Would probably not know Audrey or Liz, unles Liz worked with my wife. If Thellissandra lived in the real world ... she would be so far out of my league I couldn't even afford the tickets.

Kelly Pierce - would probably never have met either version. If I did. would probably have been accused of stalking the female one (maybe accurately, probably not). Possibly could have worked tech support for their company or been a temp at some point but that's about it.

Nathan I would never know - either he'd just be a cop I briefly encountered, or he'd be disguised as someone else.

Jack I might bump into on the street and never realize it, or might meet at a bar and share a drink before going our own ways.

Considering almost all my heroes are either normal people forced into dangerous situations or are at least pretending to be normal people, the chances that I would never even lay eyes on them is nearly 100%. Even if I did, unless they were neck deep in plot at that exact second, nothing about them would stand out—and if they were neck deep in plot, I'm probably too busy dying to pay attention to them anyway.

Haven't been born yet, since the story takes place 20-30 years in the future. Wouldn't want to be in that timeline myself though, definitely among the 50% of the world population to be wiped out.

a couple of them basically ARE me. I am not creative enough to design a protagonist that would react in a way I cannot understand.
The rest are all personalities I have known, even if their circumstances and appearances are different.

Yes, even the bad guys. Jail sucks, but it's a good place to learn how the criminal mind works in a way that I would have never guessed otherwise. And yes, the phrase 'criminals are a cowardly, stupid, and superstitious lot' is absolutely true. Let's just say that most of the worst are convinced that they are the next Einstein, and that nobody is human except them.

I wouldn't want to meet any of these people. Too dangerous to be around MCs

I don't think we'll ever meet. If he came to the real world, he would feel the same as most of those North Koreans who successfully escaped. Hard to adapt. The world doesn't feel the same.
