3. Is your house in good condition? (properly painted, no mold, lawn was cut)
4. Were you giving good treats?
5. Do you interact with your neighbors regularly or occasionally? Do all those families see you as a loner or unlikeable person?
6. Did you make the mistake of leaving your "trespassers will be shot" sign up?

Then your problem was caused by not having large or plentiful decorations. Next year, have a fake cobweb and giant spider on the side wall or put a bunch of hanging bats (I'm bad at decorating).
