Alright so jokes aside, Title is obviously your chapter title. Example: Chapter 1: Troll, etc…
The below part is where you will write your chapter. Pretty self-explanatory if you ask me, not sure what you don’t understand.

Top right is the publish button. As for readability on both mobile and PC, it should be automatic with no need to use code. If that is what you are asking for. Copy/paste or type out the chapter just like any other text program in the large box. Then hit the publish button. You can edit it later when you click on it again if you don't like something about it.
