You know the middle, don't you? Or the dreaded middle of an arc or a volume. You are 20k words in, and then can't figure out what to write. Would a break to reread what I have so far help?

Isn't that fine? I recall searching for a full-length book length, and it was around 140k words.*looks at my story*

I would hope so. I planned it the way a traditionally published book would be, so I hope that's fine for web release tooIsn't that fine? I recall searching for a full-length book length, and it was around 140k words.
I personally think it's a good number to reach the middle of an arc on.
I have notes, but I just don't know what to write next.Uhh... That's a thing?
And shouldn't you have a concise list of the important things that have happened? I feel that you could make a decision based on that.
I actually did option number 3. Felt good.Go find inspiration, either by reading some other novel with a similar vibe to your own, or play a competitive game to stimulate the brain, or hug your pillow, drop onto your bed, and dream.![]()
Do you not re-read what you've wrote to remind yourself what to write next? You know the middle, don't you? Or the dreaded middle of an arc or a volume. You are 20k words in, and then can't figure out what to write. Would a break to reread what I have so far help?
