Ah, it's underetandable. Writing something you know nothing would happen is exhausting and discouraging.

Besides I only hate litRPG because a lot of authors fail to make their human characters "human", and the level system's too cliche and rigid to be interesting (imo, at least).
If only people who wrote Litrpg had actually been Dungeon Masters...

Well, my background is...before, I used to love litRPGs. One of my favorite LNs is Log Horizon, and I really watched all the episodes of its anime (though I already got spoiled).

But, here are the reasons I've come to hate LitRPG...

1) Characters that don't feel 'human', when they're supposed to be human.
2) Uninteresting game-like settings. "Level 1", or "Level SSS". Can't we get creative for once?
3) Cliche 'Adventurer's Guild' and 'party-settings'. Like, when you've read lots of similar stuff, you come to skip several early chapters and still follow the story.
4) Uninspired plot progression. Like yeah, there'd always be a missing party that ends up murdered by the oh-so-typical goblins, and/or orcs. Or a corrupt guild official, or dick-ass guild members that existed only to be a sample of MC's OPness. I can follow many litRPG stories even when I skip several chapters into the work.
5) Related to number 4, Deus Ex Machina. A lot of litRPGs suffer from this.

Do take note: I'm not one to put a permanent bias on a genre. At least, I set myself apart from perennial harem-haters by giving stories a chance. However, as long as litRPG won't take a brave step forward, it will end up like the hated harem-isekai.

Nope, I did not hate it. I found it "oh", "so this is how it works" and "I guess people can write like this huh?"
Well, that's one of a few takes on my work...

Most I received was "Kuro = Doormat" type of comments/feedbacks.
:blob_neutral: The drama these days ... The quality is declining day by day. Oh tempora oh mores.
My apologies, Empress...I did my best, but I'm too happy and content in my life to start hating on people, save for myself.

Don't hate yourself. Once you are able to write like me, then hate yourself!
