I just got an iPad recently and it’s really hard to access certain websites. Before in pc I just need to change the DNS settings in chrome, but there’s not an option for that in iPads chrome for some reason. Any solution?

Use the Opera web browser. Opera has a “Free VPN” feature that is integrated directly into the browser (without the need for additional extensions).

Be aware that on IOS, any browser other than Safari is just Safari with a different interface.
This is due to some pretty extreme security rules that Apple imposed on browsers for IOS devices.
