The best way to do it is to write side stories. No matter what comes to mind, just jot it down. Suppressing the urge would make it worse. Instead make it side stories/spin-offs and let the readers to have fun too.

Have you tried considering your female characters as actual people with their own wants, desires, and agency, rather than as a sexual object / bunch of body parts? And maybe extend that to women in real life as well?

You make a good point. Initially, I would have dismissed the idea, because just considering one side of a coin doesn't magically make the other disappear.
