Healing magic

You ever realize just how strong healing magic (not the religion ver) would be with modern knowledge? Like if you don't like someone, you can just give them cancer by overhealing one specific part of them? Or give a full heal to someones nervous system so that the next time they stub their toe they are in 10x more pain because their pain receptors are fresh, and not worn out.

or if you modify healing magic to only be a regeneration speed buff, and nothing else supporting healing, you can cause someone to instantly starve because they used all their energy healing.

casting fireball is homicide in the first degree. overhealing would be accidental manslaughter. "Your honor, I was unaware that healing him too much could prove fatal."

yeah but you can block a fireball with a magic shield, but since healing is good for you, it wont be blocked, so you get remote instant cancer

Or you could just use a gun which has no mana cost

I cast 'your hand is now a blob' by which I heal your hand so hard it melts

I like the idea of bad healing, uncontrolled cell growth, and reverse healing. I made some mobs that can do reverse healing. Because torturing my characters is a favorite past time of mine. Their healing abilities make wounds worse, spread infection, and sometimes cause instant fatality.
