My Body doesn't Want to Write Even Though I still Has Plenty of Ideas

I've been really excited about writing lately. I have tons of writing plans, from writing new chapters, designing illustrations and covers, evaluating old chapters, and rewriting old chapters.

Of course I executed most of the plan including writing dozens of new chapters a week, designing new covers, and evaluating old chapters.

But these past few days, I feel that my body just doesn't want to write, even though I have so many ideas in my head waiting to be executed. Even I just sit in front of my laptop, I feels heavy. I've taken breaks, but they still haven't helped much. Sometimes I feel guilty because I feel lazy and wasting time.

Try reading or doing something you consider fun, other than writing as constantly writing can make you feel exhausted of it — Nya.

Yeah, usually people have different ideas for the character while reading whom which they could relate ...

On a less serious, and more isolated note, I prefer writing on my tablet. And I often do so late at night, when it's quiet, and I can let my thoughts drift.
However, at a certain time, my body literally gives out on me. When I notice, I'm getting really tired, like when my eyes start to drop, there's my body shutting down from writing anything further.
Even if I really want to finish the chapter, would know what comes next, and in theory it should work, my overtired state just says no.
And how it says no...
Apparently, if you try writing tired, your words stop being coherent. I sometimes managed to get a clear look at my lines, and what starts with ever-increasing errors, the kind even grade schoolers wouldn't make, quickly devolves into complete gibberish. Like, I can't even conceive how my mind went on to create a sequence of absolutely unrelated letters, then proceeds to press space, as it apparently believes this is a fine addition to the text, so I may continue typing another non-word. This state of half-awareness writing is thoroughly scary to me.
The letters want to say something, but the message just isn't conveyed!!!

My body grew a little body inside it, and then when that little body came out through my vagina, it screamed and cried for me to put my nipple in its mouth, and then it started grabbing pencils out of my hands when I tried that, and now the ideas are gone, so I'm sewing and embroidering hoping the ideas will come back.

Yes, like right now. I'm working through a full rewrite on all 100 chapters of my story, trying to triple the average chapter length (since my chapters are insanely short), and even though I know exactly what I want to do... I can't do it. I'm already at that and I'm only on chapter 7.

Just writer's block. It unfortunately happens, but it happens to all of us, so it's nothing to feel bad about. I push myself to try and write something by focusing on what my brain is pinpointing the most, but if that doesn't work, I typically switch between other hobbies for a bit.

I once worked in a kitchen and oftentimes was too tired to even lift a finger when I got home, so there is that.

Thankfully, my current job is somewhat forgiving for my backside. Also, I thank voice-to-text tech for allowing me to write snippets with just my voice.

kinda? seems to happen when i neglect my body too much. remember that we aren't just all brains and typewriter fingers, we've got an actual body to take care of too.

sometimes you might need exercise to get the blood pumping (and more bloodflow also helps the brain!), sometimes it's because you forgot to drink enough water or didn't get enough sleep. i'd say take care of your body first in this case—when it's feeling better, your brain will prolly be more relaxed and ready to write. how about a relaxing bath if you don't wanna move!

It turned out to be a writer's mental block. For several days, I avoided any writing-related activities. I would return to writing fiction when my mind and body were refreshed.
