Give me ideas for my second cover!

I've reached the 20 chapter mark of my novel so I think it's time to update the cover
I've gotten some feedback lately that the cover is rather boring and doesn't entice readers, here is what it looks like

What should I change to make it more eyegrabbing? I'd still like to keep the same background color and have the three main characters included in it

My suggestion is to replace the three characters with three elegant heroines, as is common in anime or LN. Your three characters remind me of children's cartoons, rather than a novel.

The title and background colors are already sufficiently contrasting and clearly visible. There's no need to change them.

The cartoon thing is kinda like, permanent, as in this is just kinda how I draw
Maybe I should one day commision a new cover...if I ever get enough funds for it
