I just want the villainess isekai trope but the setting for the mc is a male omega.

Pretty much instead of mc isekai into the role of a villainess, I want mc isekai into the role of a villain male omega who will be condemned by the heroine male omega blah blah blah and how the mc will get out of the situation.

Despite the growing popularity of the setup, it's stupid hard to find good isekai stories with male leads that aren't some form of disgusting oppressively hypermasculine (but probably secretly insecure) Naofumi archetypes that pretend to have principles other than Neuron Activation TM. Finding good works with that setup that have overtly submissive male leads AND dominant females is even harder

+ it turns more generic as time goes on, but since that also holds true for the villainess genre you mentioned as reference, I didn't consider it a killer

The omega thing wasn't the problem, I know what Greek letters are and it's kinda hard to not learn about that social hierarchy make believe.
And with sigma and whatnot, i wouldn't be strange for someone to have found another interesting role.

But you talk about a heroine, then skip the rest.

What OP wants is:
-a BL, Omegaverse
-with the typical transmigrated into the Villainess trope
-the villainess is male and an omega (able to give birth)

and no asking for transmigrated into the villain trope wouldn’t make it easier since that trope often has the premises of straight novel turned gay

Male Omega is a definite flag for ABO for those who know what Omegaverse is. There is no need to mention it's supposed to be BL.
