Makes me think of The Pedestrian by Ray Bradbury, where a man is arrested by an automated police car for the crime of walking outside, which only a crazy person would do rather than staying home and consuming media. Heck, I even got not arrested, but "police escorted" back home once for sitting in a park one night, just enjoying the night air. It wasn't illegal to be in the park after dark. They were just looking for trouble in the same way an attack dog looks for bite marks.
