Could someone plz brig this idea to life im curious how it would turn out

The concept for this one is student of legends.

MC is a reincarnator with general marvel knowledge has 3 gifts/powers that were given to them by whatever chaos lord ROB that chucked them into marvel
1. Perfect Vessel. can use any and all power systems they come into contact with(aura,chakra,chi,ki,qi,mana) without growth limits or handicaps.
2. Personal Astral Realm/Dreamscape. invitation only(can invite anyone from across the omniverse), fully customizable(even the time differential) by him or those he grants admin rights, training in astral realm affects physical body at a 2:1 ratio, enters by sleeping.
3 imagination based enchanting. Main enchantments they would use are soul binding/soul storage, self repair, self reliance(no longer needs exterior power/ammo) among others

It would depend on how complicated you wanted the world to be. Personally if i had the skill id want to do MCU with some X-Men stoeylines like Apocalypse, Stryker, and Trask

It could be very OP if done wrong

Power 1) Allows him any power system at all. He might have the ability, but does he have the understanding to use them? Also, there are other issues: How much power can he channel? Do the powers conflict?

Power 2) Could be derived from the first power when it comes to meeting a deity before being reborn or something. However, you have it so he can spend as much time as he wants there training and it improves him. You have it boosting his body at a slower rate, but also being able to warp time there. So, if he runs time there 4 times faster than normal time, he will still receive twice as much improvement in an hour than if he spent that time exercising in real life?
Also, the people should have to be able to be contacted by him, and in a receptive state to enter the astral plane.

Power 3) You are basically making him a God able to do anything he wants?

Perfect vessel just means he can learn any power system without arbitrary limits like bloodline it would also be a plothook allowing you to throw entities like cthon and dormamu at him.
You have a point about the astral realm but I figured he would spend more time working on technique and energy control than just working out
The enchanting power would have energy and material constraints like if the items quality wasnt high enough (hand forged by an artisan would beat cut on a CNC machine) or didnt have enough power it would destroy the item

U also need to keep in mind that these are not wishes this is a ROB deciding to see what happens if a reincarnator is given those three powers and is chucked into marvel
