Since, i am a an introvert person and never actually had a real conversion thats why i am having problems writing characters or introducing new characters.
You want me write about the how the enite universe works, I'll write it. I'll write the suicides, murders but never write an interaction with “freinds”

HELP NEEDED!
The easiest way (Best is to go out and HAVE some interactions with people and take notes) is to look for stories that feature them, read the examples presented, and think about what works and what does not for you.
Also, expect your first few efforts to be stilted and odd - that just happens for new writers; I had some issues with that (and probably still do but people stopped pointing it out :D).
So just read, mimic and be patient.
Or swallow your fear, get personal experience, and learn from that. But read/mimic/be patient is probably the easiest route.

When I wrote people talking to each other, I tried to forget that I was writing or indeed that I existed and that the characters I wrote were characters and it somehow worked sometimes. You imagine conversations in your head sometimes, don't you? Like, not a monologue but a dialogue or more? Same thing.

You got to know your character and insert yourself into them to see into their lenses, and talking with people greatly helps (I'm an introvert too haha)

Wait. So i became the character and character becomes me? I am the character and character is me.......... I have reached a new purpose in life.

I'm not publishing anything on Scribblehub (for now), but when I was learning to write in my native language, I had similiar problem. The best method that I come across is to copy a good book. Word by word, sentence by sentence. Best done by hand, at least an hour a day. While doing this, think about what author wanted to convey or show in every paragraf. It's not an easy, or fast method, but it's way more efective than just reading, as you need to think more and you discover and learn more deeply. It also builds a writing habit. In my case, I copied more than one-third of "Crime and Punishment" by Fiodor Dostoevsky and durring that time I not only learned how to write dialoges, but I think, that my overall writing style got way better. Also, I've fallen deeper in love with Dostoevsky's books, but I consider it as a desirable side effect;) I know that it's rather radical method but a good one.

The other method is to just get friends. As an introvert, I can tell you it's hard, but possible. I was also lucky enough to find a like-minded weirdo for company. But in life, working with people is inevitable as death and taxes. I was crazy enough to go to military university and I can say, that rolling in the mud on the range with your platoon mates is the best school of interpersonal relations. Even if you can't stand each other...

Oh, if dungeon core is too old school for you, what about something more modern...

I could see it! Corporate High-rise Core! All the management anti-social behaviour concentrated in the single place!
Sorry but as nihilistic person, i will only write tragedies!
