Ever see the movie Mystery Men? The guy whose power was hitting people with a shovel was one of the stronger ones compared to the guy who threw forks, the guy who would get really angry (but no enhanced strength or anything to go with it), and the guy who was invisible only when no one was looking at him.

Could be even worse though, saw a webcomic once where someone claimed they had the proportionate speed, strength, and agility of a walrus. Note the word proportionate, which isn't as good when it's an animal bigger than humans, unlike spiders. Then I read a superhero manga where one guy's power was being extremely unlucky (actually made use of by doing stuff like hiding next to a bad guys facility for a few days until some disaster wrecked the area.)

Then again DC comics once had a guy who could detach an arm and use it as a club.
