If I like peanut butter that would sound really good. I think it would also taste good with a thinly sliced layer of apples were added. It would pair well with the cheese and peanut butter.

That does sound good, but I think it'd work better with a different kind of cheese... Gouda, maybe?
(And probably drop the raisins.)
