You can always post it on scribble and put a poll at the end, people will let you know if they're interested.

Willing? Yes.
Reliable and able to promise feedback in a timely manner? Probably not (given two of my three attempts as Alpha or Beta readers) but can give it a shot.

I don't want to show it off to everyone. This is still a new project. I want as few people as necessary to see it before it's ready for release.
Thats fine, but my advice is to take webnovels as the beta readers. Like, it costs nothing to put it up, and it gives you a large marketplace to check people's interest in the story.

I say this because you said you'd like to write full time as a job. In the modern world, I recon the best path for that is using webnovels as your beta, dropping writing stories that don't take off, and focusing on ones that do. If a story reaches some threshold you set for yourself, consider editing it and revising it, and selling it as a proper book. Or don't and just collect money however you plan to. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, and you're already writing it anyway. If you are concerned about them failing and getting a bad name for yourself, write them under pseudonyms. If people aren't interested in like 20 chapters, shelf it. I say this because I see you posting a lot of story ideas and requests for feedback, and I can tell you care and have a lot of ideas. Just jump in and let the audience determine if you should continue.

I've just finished the second chapter of my pirate isekai story, Siren Called. This is the point where the main characters get sent to the other world. If you're active on the forums, you might already know that I'm a little worried about whether or not I can find the right balance of character- and worldbuilding while not letting the plot get bogged down. Both chapters together are a little over 10,000 words. Would anyone be willing to read them and give me their opinions? This is just the first draft, so don't expect it to be perfect. I'm not looking for proofreaders or editors right now, I just want to know if you would want to continue the story after reading these two chapters, and if not what I should change. If you're interested, let me know and I'll send you a message with a link to it in google docs. Thanks!
I haven't read it, but I'd heavily recommend to NOT have such long chapters. For web novels, most people drop off if a chapter is too long. Rather than 10,000 per chapter, 500-1,000 is better. This is from personal experience, btw. (longest chapter I've ever written was 17,000 words...)
