I want to type but my brain is mush.

I want to write but my thoughts are messy like a bush.

I choose a topic but I'm like am i even that passionate about it

Even though I need to write for some practice regardless of topic.

In terms of promotion, how do you find your target audience for each of the stories, if they are of different genres.

And is there any other general advice

Abuse a lot of caffeine. Voltaire did it.
Pretty much every proficient writer has a routine. You need to be disciplined, not motivated, because motivation fades but if you build a habit of writing for an hour every day and make it your goal not to miss a day, you will be far more efficient in the long run than if you wake up one day, write four thousand words, then leave it untouched for two weeks.
During your writing time no distractions. No research allowed, no phone, no other tabs open. No editing until the part you're working on is finished (chapter, arc, short story, whatever you like most). If you want to do research for your story set a separate time for it, but don't mix writing time with research time. Your first few times doing this might be unproductive, but you will be bored and this will make you write.

The answer is: Sleep.

If your brain is collapsing like that, sleep will certainly help you. When I'm unwilling and my writing is bad, I know for sure my sleep is a complete mess.

You won't always feel like writing, I can't do it unless I am in the mood too, and I write for about a year. Some habits help me, like taking a bath, listening to a good song, or drinking a good juice in a clean room.

About the target audience, I don't have a method; I simply write, and if it's fun, people will come somehow. One of my stories is a slice of life, and the other is mystery and terror, complete opposite stories lol.

What you're asking is not about writing but how to develop a healthy routine. Sleep 8 hours every day at the same time, and most of your problems will disappear.

Brain Fog and "Laziness", unable to even do that which you want?

Top recommendation: Consider getting evaluated for ADHD.

Laziness is only doing what you want, and not that which is inconvenient. If you have trouble gathering yourself to do the things you actually want to do, it may be ADHD.

Perhaps counter intuitive, but good exercise and diet might help with keeping your thoughts in order.
actually, it's not counterintuitive either. Good exercise and diet can boost your mental health and focus. And good mental health makes writing better.

Try drafting story bits on index cards. It's an old school approach.
