I want to sincerely apologize. I am a brand-new author, and I completely misunderstood the platform rules regarding promotion. I thought direct messaging readers to check out my novel was a normal way to get feedback, and I didn't realize it was considered spamming or a violation of site guidelines.
I completely understand why my account was banned again. It was an honest mistake out of over-excitement for my first story. I promise to never use direct messages for promotion again and will strictly stick to the Lounge and standard updates. Could you please give me one last chance and restore my account? I am truly sorry for creating extra work for the staff."
