Can this puppet devise the method of punishment? Anon may or may not be guilty, but it has a suggestion already.
First, use a a harness/cast (or stitching) to ensure the structural integrity of Anon's "human" skin. There will be some considerable wear and tear, and we want it to separate from the part underneath it in this next stage, not rupture. So, his skin has to be prepared properly!
Then, we cut slits in his arms open. The blood gushing out will be perfect help!
Finally, we slide large hockey pucks under the skin, pushed far in and separating skin from the rest of him: muscle, flesh, and fat. The blood should slick the pucks, and make it easier as well to the rest in. With the available space, we slide the non-period part of the question mark in.
And now, we have question marks in a blanket!

Except, he is a question mark, so he doesn't have an organ such as skin or a heart that makes blood. Also this is some serious serial killer stuff that this court is against. It would be easier to just have Alice stab him.

But this puppet's deeds are sponsored by the state-corpo-religious hybrid government currently in place! Puppet Inc. does not classify this as serious serial killer stuff because it has been funded by them, and sanctioned under the cult of the Stars!

If that is burning vampires alive, or not burning them alive, it's a coin flip as to which one they have explored more...

A judge cant agree, that is up to the jury, this is a farce, you are bias to one side and have already found the defendant guilty before a trial is heard, nothing but a kangaroo court at this stage. JUdge should be removed and barred from making this type of post again.
