Sometimes they are the boring 'normal' race, sometimes they are the chads that stand up against the odds despite not having special powers, then there's that completely idiotic depiction of humans often seen in isekai that has them being the inferior race but also all racist to make it ok to be racist against them...

And don't even get me started on the absolute cringefest that is the imperium of man in 40k.

I think what you have to remember is that Reddit has way more people than SHF, this forum has much fewer regulars than a large conglomerate place like Reddit.

places with more people will attract more idiots, since idiots love attention. They really love attention and making an echo chamber where they can continue to be idiots with other idiots agree with them.

When SHF gets that big, it’ll never be the same again.
