Hello.

I want to report an issue I have been dealing with for some time now.

Basically, my account gets logged off every time I come back. I logge in, read for some time and then leave for some hours or for the whole day, but when I come back again I find that I have been logged off which means I need to logge in again.

It's not "that" big of an issue, that's why I never reported before, but I have been dealing with it for months if not years at this point and it finally got on my nerves lol.

Is there a solution to this issue? Is the problem from me? Or is it a known bug?

Thanks anyway.

Have you been checking the box to remain logged in?

Did you set your browser to delete cookies on exit? That would log you out as well.

This is an issue on your end. VPN, incognito mode or deleting cache are the most likely culprits. Brave, for example, deletes cache on session end by default, I believe.

Checking the box? Whats that? No, I have just been relogging whenever I come back. I tried to look at the settings, but I didn't find any auto delete for cacha or cookies....

As for automatically deleting cookies... if you did not enable it yourself, it should not be an issue with most common browsers, unless you're using VPN or incognito mode. Depends on the browser you are using.

Nope, I use neither.
(And yeah, I discovered the "remember me" box a few months ago and it's been a God send. But the inconveniences of needing to do it every single time I open scribblehub is still there...)
