You hear a voice coming from it, telepathically talking to you. The voice was like a very pissed off dude, "Oh Oberon!! I am finally free!! Thank you strange looking Saytr!"

Raymond stares blankly at the shape-shifting tool. as he hears the voice he puts down the weapon on the ground, turns around, leaving it on the ground for 5 minutes, and then picks it back up.
