Okay, so now that I have changed my cover a third time, I am going to re-emphasize my point: A cover is the best way to get readers. One hundred percent.

I actually mostly envision the paladin as a ronin, not a soldier. I think it's more fitting for the traditional archetype, for they typically vow to destroy evil wherever it might lay. This includes small remote mountain villages.
