Unless you understand enough of the basics to make a completely granular prompt with little room for interpretation, AI will do wonky things with positioning, direction, reflections (it has a real hard time with stairs and mirrors). This is not obsolete at all = possibly even more important...

Words that make sense, don't have too many glaring grammar issues to drag me out of the story, a plot, and narrative consistency - if the narrator's "voice" changes, there should be a reason for it (beyond "eh, it was too short so I padded it with AI").
