It's always nice to see people literally draw their own covers. I can't do that so I just slap a title, my penname, and a white border on a picture and call it a day. Also, you should probably link your story too, make it easier for people to one click jump to it if they find the cover interesting.

I've done so as well, lots of times, usually on Wattpad though when I'm in the midst of editing, since that's where I finish editing each chapter.
