    Am I doing stats right?

Skyrim has a lot of similarities to DnD, which is why I said Pathfinder. Paizo took the DnD stats and rules and tried to simplify them. As a new player, I had no difficulty in understanding what was what and why. @ThisAdamGuy If you scale Jeremy up to match Elise in ell-vee-ell (had to do it...

    Am I doing stats right?

I'd actually suggest you use the app Pathbuilder. Yes it's meant for the Pathfinder TTRPG, but I think you'd find the character creation stuff super useful. Pretty much everything you want is there (spirit would be "Wis + Int" in this case, and influence would be CHA, but it still holds) with...

What do you guys think about tax (as a concept )

Even without an exam, the onus of learning falls to students if the material is taught. If the material is glossed over by the teacher, then they won't have any way of learning about the tax system and what it does or why it's needed or even how the government can/does abuse it.

What do you guys think about tax (as a concept )

It is a thing. US graduation requirements (nationwide) require 1 semester of government for graduation. Students in China learn politics starting in, at least, late elementary. I'm also about 95% sure that European nations have something similar where government/civics is a requirement for high...

What do you guys think about tax (as a concept )

You should learn about taxes and taxation in a civics/politics class before you graduate high school and again in an economics class. That's assuming you don't go into finance in college/university, of course, because that has an entire sub-track devoted to taxes. As for whether or not they...

Alas, we're both too late for those words of wisdom.

    I'm bored

I feel like this is the answer to everything. Bored? Procreate. Happy? Procreate. Angry? Procreate. Need writing ideas? Procreate. Any regrets you have? Procreating. Almost as good as finding the meaning of life. (hint, it's 42)

What is the policy of real life religions of imitating godhood?

Yeah, in Hinduism, there are 3333 gods, but those 3333 are also 33 gods and those 33 are just 3. It's weird, but they've got a monkey god who can break diamonds with his teeth. Hanuman is the man (and also essentially the hindu version of Wukong).

What is the policy of real life religions of imitating godhood?

Fair. I was raised Roman Catholic and ended up learning about a lot of the important ones and a few of the others. That saint-hood, though, does take literal years to complete and they can't be made saints until after they have passed. Patron saints "oversee" a certain domain and may have some...

What is the policy of real life religions of imitating godhood?

Boy do I understand that. Altar service and Sunday school really kinda hammers that in, along with some time in a religious school. But I don't think you'd disagree with what I said about Patron Saints having a higher status than other saints.

What is the policy of real life religions of imitating godhood?

Hercules is basically this. He "cultivates" his strength and body far better than Achilles did with his blessing. Even in Christianity, you've got what I would call demi-gods in the form of all the myriad Patron Saints. Patron Saints being a step above a regular saint in that they have a...

    Description questions for everyone

Not gonna try A. B) I think it's absolutely possible. If you can write like a psychopath (meaning devoid of emotion) and only emphasize the visual, then it's absolutely possible to write the opposite. The important thing is that you need to laser-focus down to that individual's state of mind...

FMA Brotherhood question, can Scar's tattooed left arm function as its own?

That may actually be the biggest difference right there. The Sciences vs The Sacred. All the State Alchemists understand scientific disciplines like physics, biology and (especially) chemistry. Because of that, the way that they conduct Alchemy would be fundamentally different from how a...

FMA Brotherhood question, can Scar's tattooed left arm function as its own?

May I present Colonel Roy Mustang, the Flame Alchemist. He doesn't technically deconstruct anything when he snaps his fire into existence, so that kinda disproves your idea here. The Ishvalans are very religious though, and for the longest time Scar thought his arm was a curse. Looking at it...

    What’s the Cardcaptor Tropes?

Basically this. Sakura (Ash/Satoshi) accidentally releases all of the Clow cards (Prof. Oak's pokemon) and then gets given the task of re-capturing all of them by the familiar who's name I forgot (Oak's lab assistant). Then, as a reward for putting them back in the book (PC), all the cards (mon)...

    How do you write Xuanhuan?

For a webnovel example, check out "Level Up Hero". You've got heroes and villains with patronage from pretty much every pantheon of deities you can think of and different power levels/class distinctions (tiers). If you want an animated example, then you can always check out X-men (they've got...

Would it be GL or BL?

What you could do, as far as the tags go, is just put gender bender and (possibly) harem. The GL tag could just be a content warning in the synopsis saying that all involved characters are anatomically/biologically female or pose it as a question in an author's note. Asking the readers once this...

    Head trauma.
