Oh, it doesn’t really mean anything significant. I copied the quest id system from the original AG on NUF, which used to grade quests from rank E (easy) to rank A (hard). You can ignore it or give your quest some indication of difficulty if you want.

Who knows! Canon is sort of the aggregate of majority opinion. If most players/writers say that the slimes are easy to kill, then that becomes the canon. If one or two people say that they can melt through adamantium, if it's an isolated report then maybe they encountered a rare mutant slime...
