Information resources: Technical information useful in stories.

Interesting. Might take a look at it later. Still, the amount and variety of information writers use (at least from personal experience) is quite large, and it will be difficult to keep that to a even somewhat short list. For my own novels, I've looked up things such as the mannerisms of various...

    Auto-save your Writing!

As others have said, I wouldn't recommend writing your chapter in scribblehub. I generally write in word first. When i'm on mobile i use google docs. Nowhere near as good, without as large a vocabulary and not as good grammar checking. Generally I'll write a chapter in google docs, copy it over...

Why doesn't my FanFic appear in the 'Latest Series' tab?

it now appears to be up, if you're still wondering.

    Folders in the glossary

...I just made a wiki. You can do more and with more detail. On a site like fandom you can do it for free. Can put categories under categories there.

Do you ever share your ideas to other people?

i've shared a bunch of ideas, mainly ones i'm unable to write or am uninterested in writing myself, whether from lack of knowledge or time.

    Fanfiction setting. Bad idea?

Including a bit of your personal knowledge makes things feel a bit more real, imo. As you say, it lets people learn a little something along the way as well. Still, people (or I do, at least) often tend to take stuff like that at face value, so you have to be careful and check that you're right...

Writing Prompt The story behind that scar

Wait, the owner of the scar... Doesn't know its origin? That must've been a heck of a night out.

I would Like to receive feedback for my writing. Thank You for Your Time!

Had a look, and was surprised at how much better than the synopsis it was. Interesting choice to have so many parts to the prologue, but they aren't particularly long, so I don't think it's particularly a bad thing - just unusual. Couple things I noticed, firstly this doesn't quite make sense...

    Any completed series

Completed novels? Ahem, sorry about reusing one of my old posts. Seriously though, I doubt there are (m)any finished novels on this site. It's less than a year old, heck it's less than half a year old. Still, a quick search would've found you this...

I would Like to receive feedback for my writing. Thank You for Your Time!

As for the story synopsis just in the link there, it feels too long and it feels like it's trying way too hard to be funny, and pretty much failing in the process. And just saying, what do you have against full stops? Not a single one of the places where the characters are talking in the...

I would Like to receive feedback for my writing. Thank You for Your Time!

First chapter has always been dicey for me, mainly because... Well, I wrote the first chapter when I had no writing experience. It kinda makes sense for the first chapter (or first few) to not be as good (structurally, although content may still be good) as the rest of the story, as you learn...

    What Happens Next?

Just start writing a situation, then move it along by progressively by thinking and writing how each of your characters would react and act in that situation. It doesn't have to be negative or positive necessarily. It could be something as small as having a meal together or as large as a war...

Writing Prompt ”I used to be an adventurer like you, but then....”

I used to be an adventurer like you... Then, well, you know. Nukes. Now I'm a glorified zombie. Even my old momma, bless her soul, couldn't love this face. I don't age, but if I go outside this place, chances are some youngster with an itchy trigger finger and not enough sense will blow my...

Do you write the ending or beginning first?

I start with the start - at least, I have for my current two novels. Still, I know the endings for both, plus the start and end of my third novel which is just plans for now... When writing, I keep in mind where I want the characters to be at, what I want them to do, and think about a logical...
