Toc the Younger is one of the most unlucky characters in fantasy. The author just keeps on torturing him over and over again. Just won't let him die and rest in peace.
I think graphicness also depends upon the scene in question. While constant graphic scenes or extreme ones are off-putting, use of them can be very memorable in situations where you clearly want to set the scene apart as powerful and important.
The best love interests do not fall in love immediately. Seeing two love interests grow together and come to love each other will also cause the readers to invest in their relationship and root for them more strongly.
Honestly FTO was fun for the very brief period I played it, but I became extremely busy at the wrong time and my char died. Then I was turned off by the (again) super long wait time to get back in. But not having to wait sounds nice and easier.
I love a good game of Civ V when I have time. Make a Huge Map with max civs and city-states and a fractal map and just go to town. If I'm feeling an easier game go king difficulty otherwise Emperor.
I think Tony said that improving the glossary is one of the next features he's going to work on once he's done with bug testing, so it shouldn't get forgotten
I'm reading a ton of novels on RR and outside of it.
Off the top of my head:
Wandering Inn
Practical Guide to Evil
Iron Teeth
Classmancers
The good student
Touch
Not all Heroes
Mother of Learning
Worth the candle
Legion of Nothing
Taint
Bitter
Inheritors
Flow
Infigeas
Painting the Mists...
Probably. One person had a ton of extremely nsfw pics in their signature under a couple of spoilers that were there for several months until the mods noticed.
