How can you tell if people are skipping just to the 18+ stuff, rather than reading it through once, and then going back and rereading their favorite chapters?

I'm not sure how feasible this is, but what comes to mind is releasing them as X: Part One, and X: Part Two at the same time, somewhat overpriced, and also having an ongoing deal with both of them where you get both which is heavily discounted enough to make most people go for it.
