Level 4 is where I draw the line. Level 5 and up becomes the same as AI uses the same phrases over and over and over. Every scene becomes a copy of the previous one with repetition so noticeable only a robot would miss it.

Using AI is as nuanced as anything else in life. If you prompt the AI and just copy-paste it, then you are going to end up in hell. If you let it write the story for you, you are going to hell. It you use it to anything else, meh, who cares. Its a tool.

Personal opinion: Overused and should not be used in any way, shape, or form outside of stories where the protag gets isekaid into a video game. They are more of a restrictive shackles for the story than a positive point.
