Kuru kuru~ Aha anyways~ Pela is a debuffer so don't build her for attack. Her main debuff is from her ult. Also, if you need guides, look up Guoba Certified~ (they're in English though). His guides are very good~

I see~ Qingque is very good, especially in early game, and Pela is very good at all points~ I'd recommend building them. Herta isn't bad either as she excels in Pure Fiction (a game mode) Or, you can ignore my advice completely~

You should level people. As long as you don’t go crazy leveling every character, you’ll get more than enough xp materials from simply playing~ You can also just farm more… Yep~ Also Pixy, I forgot to mention the one writing Penacony is Shaoji~ Hopefully you don’t get too many flashbacks~ …...
