This is true. I also try and find stories to read based off word count because while I do appreciate multiple chapters, if the story lack 10 chapter for 10k words while another story had 2 chapters with 10k words, I’d read the second one, assuming they were of similar genres or taste.

I’ve come to notice that the review function here on ScribbleHub is not frequently used, and when it is, falls into two spectrums of thought: 5 star compliments, and 3-4 star constructive criticisms. 5 star compliments usually being your short 50-100 word reviews saying how they like the story...

Id like this feature as well, especially since it takes more time to check vote results when you have longer chapters and multiple chapters to scroll through.

Yup. That’s why I use google Docs to store my drafts instead, I find the current system unreliable, so it’s easier for me to copy and paste them into the story editor instead.

Consistency is key! But I understand the struggle of not being able to place in story elements, especially genres, until later in the story. I was finalyl able to put my mystery genre to use in my story, and I'm on chapter 16.

That's nuts. I had a similar case where one of my series didn't show up in latest series at all. No idea what's causing the bug though, unless you actually created the story draft back in May, which can cause that bug if you publish it on a later date.

It happens, latest series is just what it says, latest series. And people upload new stories all the time. I don’t see this as much as a bug tho, only if your story didn’t show up at all.
