    I run until I feel like stopping, or until the music playlist is finished playing. And I adjust my pushups or squat count etc. based on how I lazy I'm feeling in that moment. Sometimes, I do two squats and call it a day and other times I exercise until I accidentally pull a muscle or fall flat...
