Ritualist is a fun story but the world building is poop. For someone who claims to be a programmer the author doesn't try very hard to make the video game world seem like a video game world. Suspension of disbelief level to enjoy very high.

Ever have mixed emotions about how a book launch goes for something you found on SH? There are some things that I discovered on amazon but are really bad but successful. But sometimes there is a story on SH that started off good, but dropped later on for whatever reason and sometimes later it shows up on amazon and does much worse than something that you considered bad?
Took a conduct class at work and apparently telling someone they are attractive nowadays is considered sexual harassment.
