Oh yeah, NYC is where you live. Brooklyn and Queens are probably the worse crime-wise. Bronx...I honestly don't know much about Bronx. Staten Island i basically a cheper version of MAnhattan.
@Discount_Blade It has to be the plane red brick buildings, constant overcast sky, abandoned houses, and smokestacks everywhere you look. Other than that, Buffalo’s a pretty cheery place.
Oh yeah. SF has a pretty aged population which makes the prices for everything higher than anywhere else in Southern CA. I always wanted to try out San Diego since some old friends moved there and have always praised it.
@Discount_Blade San Diego is nice. Clean for the most part, a decent amount of tourists, but not overwhelming. LA is just... I don’t know how to explain it. Parts of the valley are nice, a few spots in central aren’t bad, but garbage, crap, and other things are horrendous. I lived close to Hollywood blvd for a while.
Oh yeah reminds me. I've met numerous high profile musicians where I'm at. I once got to watch Hugh Jackman get super confused about the tipping taxes in an Applebees XDD
@UYScuti You sure you don't mean Crown Heights or Canarsie in BK? Lol. Nothing special to find needles on sidewalks where I'm at. Kindas surprised it happens elsewhere...I thought that was unique to where i was. I've found enugh spent gun shell casings to make a necklace. I actually thought about doing it when I was a kid so I could "look cool" XDD I was an idiot.
You guys are talking so interestingly... I love listening in on such conversations.
I wish I had something to add, but even though I lived in San Diego two years, I can't say much about it -_-. I almost never left the campus grounds, so I haven't seen anything.
IDK. LA just has an oddness that’s hard to describe. Could be the people. There really is this incredible class divide with no in between. You’re either struggling to not get evicted, or you’re living in $30m condo’s. Only place I’ve ever lived where I couldn’t find work and spent 4 months living in my car.
Someone tried to break into my car a couple times at night It’s the weirdest thing to witness. On that note, I bet you didn’t know that you can make ramen with cold water.
