Today a new colleague asked me why I am so 'thrifty'. He is a young fellow.
I am not thrifty. I frequently indulge in alcohol and I've been paying off the same debts for two decades. My wage is not the worst but it is not great either. If it means I might finish paying off my debts this decade, eating lentils every day is not bad.
